hmmm, actually, I cant understand why people try to make difference between "science" and "religion". More than that many people try to deny one of those terms or to suppress one another. That is not right, to my mind. There are different aspects, which science cant explain and in this case we search the answer in religion and vice versus.

maybe, we really shouldn't separate science from religion?!

Of course we should! As it is shown in the video science and religion deal with different things – science tries to answer the question “how the world works” ans religion tries to answer “why? what for?”. So, they try to answer different questions, though they belong to one and the same theme. These are two different points of view, some people can regard them as contradictory ones, others – as complementary ones. But they undoubtedly influence each other.

biggrin A nice video. Thank you!
An even though it is quite funny the problems raised there are really vital. I mean "science" being equal to "social progress", for example. can we really claim that?!
Another interesting thing is that religion influenced some great scientific achievements. Like Kepler's laws. Have you ever thought about it? I haven't. maybe, we really shouldn't separate science from religion?!
