watching this video i remember myself when i can*t sleep. it happens rarely but happens , that is why i consider it*s a good way to solve such problem/ Moreover there are people who suffer from insomnia every night and i think it is very useful. it is so easy that everybody can do it without any difficulty) I advise to try it/ if i have insomnia i will surely try it))
Yoga has so many ways to use! I've never heard that it can help us to sleep better. The insomnia is a big problem for many people who hard work of have a lot of stressfeul situations. I hope I will never use these excersises because I sleep well.
To my mind, it's really inretesting to know how you can cope with insomnia. I'm absolutely sure that exercises how to get rid of stress are so cognitive for all people because we all have a lot of stresses in our life. I want to try to do these exercises but,unfotunately,I haven't flexibility. Do you think that it can be developed?
To tell the truth, i think yoga hepls to manage with different kinds of problems! So, i 'm not surprised that it also helps to overcome insomnia!!! I cam say yoga is wonderful exactly again!

I believe it is really effective advice ! I am sure, it is worth trying , if you suffer from insomnia. This exercises are simple, the main idea of the video to help people to fight insomnia by stress relief. I believe if someone will do it for ten minutes before bedtime, he can feel positive result in a week.
After reading and watching all of the materials about yoga on the site, I think that yoga is very helpful for people's health. It helps to sleep well, to wake up without problems, to lose your weight. To my mind, this "list" can be continued. As for this video, it is very cognitive. These exercises are simple. So everyone can have a try to do them. I think, if you can't sleep, it's better to do these exercises than take a pill.
It is funny at first to watch a video, how to wake up and then to find out how to fall asleep. I also like this video. The exercises are shown at another person. It makes the video more interesting. The exercises, in my opinion, are not more difficult than in other videos, but require additional equipment. In conclusion, I believe that the exercises are useful and help people to sleep as a baby))
