This man is so calm. He is a true yogi. I think, it cannot be denied that inspite of the fact that these exercises look simple, they require huge concentration.

Wow, It is a great kind of yoga, To my mind, an ancient yoga is very serious! As for me, i don't prefer doing yoga but maybe i would choose this yoga!!!

I like this video, especially this professional in Yoga. In my opinion, this kind of yoga (kapalbhati) is not very difficult, but very useful and heath-giving for organism. For example, it helps to relax, lower blood pressure, release stress and so on. Moreover, as any other kind of yoga, it is connected with soul. To crown it all, it does not take a lot of time, but may make our heath better. So, I believe, that everyone may try it.
