i believe such exercises is very useful!!of course yoga and fithess have the same features!but as far as i understand the main difference is that in yoga breathing is the main, but fitness aims at keeping fit only!!!

i like this video!i like this music!!!!!!!!!!it*s wonderful!!!these exercises remind me of my PE classess!!but our teachers gives us such ones in very quickly speed.that*s why sometimes i don*t like doing them!!if they are given in such a way, with such music i believe everybody visits the lessons and get use))moreover, i want to mention that the girl has a good physical training) simple exercises make her feel well and keep fit)

I don't understand girls who torture themselves by diets. I think yoga is much better. How fast can these excersizes help to lose weight?

People exhaust themselves with lots of diets and so on. I think, doing these exercises is a simple way to solve problems with weight.

I think it is not difficult exercises to do it every day, besides, it does not take much time. I see a lot of positive sides in these exercises.
By the way, how long should i do these exercises to achieve weight loss?

I like this routine!! Its simple and a good way to wake up in the morning happy Moreover,I think it's a more efficient way to lose weight than dieting.

I would like to know whether in this case yoga is more useful than fitness? And is there a difference?

Because some of the exercises are similar to fitness exercises..
