To my mind,this video is very useful for people who suffer from asthma.I like it because it teaches to breathe rightly even healthy people.What is more, yoga is almost suitable for everyone that is why such poses are harmless in any case.
It is good if people can treat such disease like asthma with help of yoga and they don't have to use pills. We all know, pills are harmful for our organism, but yoga allows us to treat some diseases without harm, moreover, it has a lot of positive sides.
I've only watched a few minutes and already I have a handful of interesting new yoga postures that seem very effective at steadying breathing and moving people into deep relaxation.I think it is effective not only for people who have asthma))

To my mind, this video is cognitive. I do not have asthma, but I believe these exercises are suitable for relaxation or bringing breath in order after running or other kinds of physical work. In the video we see exercises and detailed explanations. Therefore, it is easy to remember and repeat them. So, I like this video and I will use the exercises asbreathing gymnastics.:)
