I have problems with getting up in the morning. So I must try to do these exercises! Does anybody have experience with doing these exercises? Do they really help?
I watched 4 video and after watching I thought that I can do this. It is useful for our health, it makes our life easier. But I have a weak will and I know that i will do nothing in spite of the fact that I need it

I like this morning yoga stretch! I'm not involved with yoga, but really want to start!I think I will feel so great after having done these morning exercises that I always begin my days with pleasure.
For me, waking up in the morning quickly, easily is almost unreal. My grandfather does exercises every morning and feels refreshed. And I always wanted to follow his example. So, watching this video, I have remembered some exercise and maybe soon at our house two people will engage in physical exercise in the morning. I believe these exercises are really useful to provide with energy for the whole day.
wow.. now I see one more way to wake up in the morning)) well, coffee does not already help me, and these exercises seem to be very pleasant so I think one day I'll try them)) but there is one thing - I can't forget aboout everything even for some short period of time. my problems and duties are aaaaaaaaaalways in my head))
this girl seems to bevery energetic) it seems to me several minutes of such simple but useful exercises will help everybody to wake up in the morning without a wish to come back to your bed) yoga is a good way to get enough energy for all your complicated day)
