I liked the idea about "building a bridge between mind and heart"... Maybe, this remark does not concern the Bible directly, anyway, it's brilliant!
Indeed, even when we decide to do something, we ask for advice - usually our mind helps us; or sometimes, vice versa, - our heart is the only booster here. But it is so seldom for us to say that our decisions are supported both by reason and soul.
I think this is what any religion demands from us - harmony; harmony within ourselves - our bodies, minds, thoughts and emotions.
