A water colour art
What was the last picture you saw? As for me, the last picture i saw was a "Morning flowers”. The picture was made in our Ryazan art school in water colour technique.
Water colour technique developed mostly in China and only in XII century became very popular in Europe. Before water colour people used a list on crude plaster.
There are a lot of different traditions in water colour. In England artists add oil in paints in order to make it brighter.
One of the most popular water colour school is in Russia. This is Sergey Andrijaka’s school. He has more that 1000 works, all of them are absolutely different and tremendous.
Some time ago Russian water colour technique died, because of the USSR policy, that didn’t perceive water colour as art. After that period Russian traditions in water colour were lost. But Sergey Andrijaka turned it to life. And now a lot of young artist prefer water colour more than oil paints, because they think it is more beautiful, but more difficult. And i have the same opinion.

It is fantastic actually!!! I like all pictures. And to draw with water paints is really more difficult than oil, because you don`t have the right to make mistake. You can damage a picture if you aren`t neat.
