Before antibiotics became so popular, the most common thing one would hear from a doctor was the need to get plenty of rest. The health benefits of doing nothing when one is ill have always been apparent, yet the same principle is not as often applied to those who are not ill. With stress and depression being increasingly common today, perhaps it is time that the health benefits of taking some regular time out should be more widely publicised. The current idea of taking a vacation from work is to take a holiday which involves doing activities constantly for a week. Consequently, the vacation often ends up being as stressful as the job that was left behind. Many people recall the feeling of being shattered by the time they have got back from their holiday, yet this surely defeats the purpose. Rest is a magic word but all of us understand it differently.Well, sometimes idleness is really essential for me and it seems even wonderful! But I think it's easy to mix up idleness and laziness. I mean we should control ourselves not to cross this border.
Health is a big word. Rest is a change of activity, working and living pattern. You can take a rest any time, any day, any hour. Absence of rest or lack of rest may cause stress and frustration. Besides, getting tired is often provoked by poor working rhythm, bad eating habits, inability to control the physical condition of your organism.

I just can't forget about some important things even during my vocations... May be, just because of that my head is always full of different stuff and it's not easy to relax? Well, I quess that I should follow your advice...one day. Just to check out whether it works or not))))))))
