To my mind psalms are poetic works of different people but the aim of a psalm is the only one – to ask for a help, to cope with difficulties. A Psalm is actually a prayer that does not have rhythm. When you pray, you just ask God to do something for you, to forgive all your sins.
Psalm 22 is like a personal, inner prayer. By reading this psalm, we can admit the terrible spiritual condition of Shahar, he searches for a piece of advice because life on Earth is not a simple thing. He asks God to help him to cope with difficulties because everybody has turned away from him. When people can't find the right decision in difficult situations and when they don't have anybody who can give them a piece of advice, they always pray. Does it mean that people are weak? Is it better to hope and believe in God instead of being strong?
I think you all need scientific explanations since you have been taught sciences all your life and taught to explore and explain and verify. Read this little bit of science. '...A real and correctly pronounced prayer has a specific acoustic sounding that affects the hydro molecules in a positive way, returning to them the right proportion of protons and neutrons. The hydro structure of our organism is capable of transmitting positive energy-information to the whole organism. It causes self-purification of water molecules that constitute more than 90% of our body. ... Consequently, the acoustic sound also affects inner speech mechanisms, speech reception and speech production. Since our brain is an energy battery fueled by water and other chemicals, it renews (upgrades) the organism that can now deal with and overcome a lot, e.g. heal itself by changing the energy routes inside the body....' So, praying doesn't mean that people are week. This is a healing moment that is genetically programmed but often ignored... Medications are necessary but not enough to restore the energy and chemical processes in the human body. We often do not believe these things because we haven't been taught and it is impossible to explain everything... Still we don't believe and refuse to progress.
