All of us know that more than a week ago The Olympic Games were started. And unfortunately Russia hasn’t still distinguished itself too much. But now I would like to talk about The Paralympic Games.
I know that it’s quite a banal theme, but I accidentally found one podcast in the Internet: one girl, who is a volunteer (at least she tries to do her best now just to help), tells people about what she f
eels and what she thinks about these kinds of sport. You can listen to it too and I want you to say what you think about The Paralympic Games, because actually this girl is so excited about this event and it’s clear that she’s ready to help or to do something, and she really enjoys it. This is the URL to the podcast:
In my opiniion it's a very important thing in our life.Paralympic athletes have many different kinds of disabilities, but this doesn't stop them. They are strong and believe in theirs strengths.
The Paralympic Games may be banal, but still very important. Speaking about volunteering and these Games, I should say, that probably the first amazing thing is that there are handicapped people, and they do their best to show that disability to do something, that an ordinary man can do, is not the verdict. While reading Megastarosta's blog about dancing, I searched the Internet and found a video about hadicapped brakedancers. It was amazing for me, because they weren't worse than healthy dancers. But let's stick to the point. The phenomenon of volunteering is the second amazing thing. Volunteers are always reasy to help and they don't need anything in exchange for. I've told much about it in my blog, so now I keep silence.
