Совет ООН по правам человека осудил сирийский режим По данным Нави Пиллай, за девять месяцев протестов были убиты четыре тысячи человек. Совет ООН по правам человека на экстренном совещании в Женеве призвал к немедленным действиям для защиты мирного населения Сирии. Доклад, подготовленный Советом, будет направлен Генеральному Секретарю ООН. Верховный комиссар ООН Нави Пиллай отметила, что резолюция Совета является самой жесткой по тону за историю возглавляемой ею организации. В частности, она рекомендует назначить специального следователя ООН для расследования преступлений режима Асада в Сирии. Она призвала направить дело Асада, которого обвиняют в жестком подавлении антиправительственных выступлений, в Международный уголовный суд. В обнародованном на этой неделе докладе ООН говорится, что сирийские силы безопасности совершили преступления против человечности во время подавления антиправительственных протестов. Совет ООН по правам человека не вправе вводить санкции против Сирии, однако он может направить досье о происходящем в Международный уголовный суд.
Council of the United Nations for Human Rights has Condemned the Syrian Regime
According to Navi Pillaj, during nine months of protests four thousand people have been killed.
At an emergency meeting in Geneva the council of the United Nations for human rights has called for immediate actions of protection of the Syrian civilian population.
The report prepared by the Council, will be directed to the General Secretary of the United Nations.
The Supreme commissioner of the United Nations Navi Pillaj has noticed that the Council resolution is the most oppressive on tone during the history of the headed by her organization. In particular, she recommends appointing the special inspector of the United Nations for investigation of crimes committed by the regime of Asada in Syria.
She has urged to direct case of Asada who is accused of rigid suppression of antigovernment actions, into the International criminal court.
It is stated in the UN’s report that was published this week that the Syrian security force has committed crimes against humanity during suppression of the antigovernment protests.
The Council of the United Nations for human rights does not have the right to introduce sanctions against Syria, however it can direct the file about what is going on to the International criminal court.
