The world's largest cruise liner, the Oasis of the Seas, has set sail for Miami from the Finnish shipyard where it was built. The 360 metre ship has a price tag of almost $1.5bn and was commissioned by Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. It is due to begin cruises out of Florida in December. Oasis of the Seas will offer passengers features such as two-story loft suites and luxury suites measuring 150 m2 with balconies overlooking the sea or promenades. The ship features a zip-line, a casino, a mini-golf course, four swimming pools, volleyball and basketball courts, theme parks and nurseries for children.
I agree with the girls, i also have an association with Titanic((((and to be honest, i am scared to travel by ship, may be its a kind of phobia, but i like planes)) paradox)))
Amazing and really impressive! I have never travelled by ship but I can simply imagine how engrossing it can be to take a sea voyage on board this monster of a liner! I have heard of many wonderful stories of sea-voyages on such enormous liners and ferries! For me it is a sign of technological advance, the art of engineering, design and man's superiorty! Unbelievable!
I guess everybody would like to)))) Just look at it - magnificent!!!! But... Don't know why, but when I look at these photos I remember the film "Titanic"... Really, not good associations....
It reminds me of Titanic too. But actually the size and the splendor of this gigantic ship make me stand in awe. It is really an eye-widening wonderwork which strikes the imagination of an ordinary city-dweller...
